Carolina Garcia, RN, BSN

My name is Carolina Gracia I graduated from the State University of New Mexico in Las Cruces NM in 2005, I am originally from Mexico and I studied Nursing at the Autonomous University of Cd. Juarez incorporated to the School of Nursing from there I graduated as Registered Nurse in In 1987, in Mexico I worked as a supervisor of the Intensive Care Unit in a local hospital, later in 1996 I was able to obtain my Diploma of Nursing in the USA. UU Allowing me to work in the Telemetry Unit and then in the Intensive Care Unit in a hospital in El Paso, Texas. In 2010, I found a passion that would mark my life. There was a new area of ​​vascular nursing services in the hospital and at that moment I immediately became enthusiastic and aligned and proudly soon I was part of the Vascular Nursing Team of the Hospital where I worked, this moved me and in coordination with my unit director we were able to open a Vascular Services Unit in a new Hospital in El Paso Tx. All this makes me think that this is what I really want to do. In my career I have been a visionary sharing and educating nurses willing to be part of this great experience. I am currently a franchisee of EPICC Albuquerque and this for me is one more step to continue my vision creating excellence in vascular services and empowering new nurses to be become transmitters of this circle of excellence.
